Yes, we offer fixed-price (lump-sum turnkey) EPC contracts after the detailed engineering phase is completed. This gives clients budget certainty with clearly defined scope, specifications, and deliverables. Any scope changes during execution are managed through a formal change order process with transparent cost implications.

Solar plant timelines depend on capacity: 100 kW-1 MW rooftop systems take 2-4 months, 1-10 MW ground-mounted plants take 4-8 months, and 10-50 MW utility-scale plants take 8-14 months. Our 50 MW Jaisalmer project was completed in 10 months through parallel workstream execution.

We assist with land identification and due diligence, but land acquisition is typically the client's responsibility. For regulatory approvals, we handle all construction-related permits, environmental clearances, grid interconnection approvals (for solar), and safety certifications. Our regulatory team has extensive experience navigating approval processes across multiple states.
