We register every eligible project with the relevant RERA authority before launch, maintain dedicated escrow accounts with 70% fund allocation as mandated by law, file quarterly progress updates, and ensure all marketing materials accurately represent approved plans. Our in-house legal and compliance team manages the entire regulatory framework, which has resulted in zero RERA complaints across all our residential projects.

Material quality in our residential projects adheres to strict standards. We use only ISI-certified materials: ACC/UltraTech cement, Fe 500D grade TMT steel bars, premium bricks or AAC blocks, Asian/Berger paints, Kajaria/Somany tiles, and branded electrical and plumbing fittings. All materials are quality-tested on-site before use, with test certificates maintained for client inspection.

Consultation

Initial meeting to understand requirements, budget, timeline, and design preferences. Site visit for existing plots, or assistance with land identification. Feasibility assessment covering zoning regulations, FAR/FSI limits, and utility availability.

Architecture & Planning

Architectural design development including floor plans, elevations, 3D renders, and walk-through visualizations. Structural design, MEP planning, landscape design, and smart home system specification. Multiple design iterations until client approval.

Approvals

Building plan submission and approval from municipal authorities, RERA registration for eligible projects, environmental clearances, fire NOC application, and utility connection approvals. Our team handles all regulatory interactions.

Construction

Phased construction execution: excavation and foundation, structural frame (RCC), brickwork and plastering, MEP rough-in (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), waterproofing, and external finishes. Regular quality inspections and milestone reporting throughout.

Interior Finishing

Flooring and tiling, painting and wall treatments, kitchen and bathroom fitting, doors and windows installation, electrical fixtures, smart home system commissioning, and final cleaning. Client walkthrough for snag identification and resolution.

Handover

Occupancy certificate procurement, final quality inspection with client, documentation handover (structural drawings, warranty cards, O&M manuals, RERA certificates), key handover ceremony, and transition to post-construction maintenance support.
