Its solar EPC capability covers projects from 100 kW rooftop installations to 50 MW+ ground-mounted plants, including the 50 MW plant in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan delivered with Good Value Solutions.

Our EPC project range spans from Rs 50 lakhs for smaller industrial facilities to Rs 280 crores for utility-scale solar plants delivered with Xrossways. Pricing is determined through detailed engineering estimates after the feasibility study phase, with fixed-price contracts available for clients requiring budget certainty. Milestone-based payment structures are standard, with payments tied to verified deliverables.
Post-commissioning, we offer comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts. For solar plants delivered with Xrossways, O&M services include panel cleaning, inverter maintenance, vegetation management, performance monitoring, and warranty claim management, backed by performance guarantees. For industrial facilities, we provide annual maintenance contracts covering all building systems.
Every EPC project carries our standard warranty package: 10-year structural, 5-year waterproofing, 2-year MEP systems. Solar projects delivered with Xrossways additionally include 25-year performance warranties backed by equipment manufacturer guarantees and ongoing maintenance commitments.

Feasibility Study

Engineering Design
Detailed engineering including structural design, electrical single-line diagrams, MEP layouts, civil drawings, and system specifications. Design reviews with client at 30%, 60%, and 90% completion stages. Final design package includes bill of quantities and detailed project schedule.
Procurement
Strategic procurement of all materials, equipment, and systems through competitive bidding from vetted vendors. Includes vendor qualification, technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, quality inspection at manufacturer facilities, and logistics coordination for delivery to site.
Construction
On-site construction execution following the approved design and schedule. Includes civil work, structural erection, equipment installation, MEP systems, and specialized installations. Daily progress tracking, weekly client reporting, and monthly review meetings.
Commissioning
Systematic testing and commissioning of all systems. For solar plants delivered with Xrossways: string testing, inverter commissioning, grid synchronization, and performance testing. For industrial facilities: equipment testing, utility system verification, safety system validation, and trial runs.
Performance Monitoring
Post-commissioning performance monitoring period to verify system performance against design specifications. Handover of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, training for client staff, and transition to long-term operations and maintenance support.
