Greenwood Developers required a premium 45-acre gated township on Sohna Road with 500 residential units, world-class amenities, RERA compliance, and sustainable infrastructure — all delivered within a 36-month timeline while managing 850+ workers and a ₹250 crore budget across multiple construction phases.

Solution

We adopted a phased master-plan approach starting with infrastructure development (roads, utilities, STP, water harvesting) in Year 1, followed by parallel tower construction across multiple blocks in Years 2-3. A dedicated RERA compliance team maintained escrow accounts and quarterly filings from day one. Our architectural team designed optimized 2/3/4 BHK layouts maximizing natural light and ventilation while integrating 100% power backup, rainwater harvesting, and landscaped community spaces.
